Service Booking Policy<\/h1>

247-365 Online Services allows customers to conveniently submit booking requests for selected professional services. This Service Booking Policy explains how appointments are requested, reviewed, confirmed, and managed.<\/p>

1. Online Booking Requests<\/h1>

Submitting a booking request through our website does not automatically schedule an appointment.<\/p>

All requests are reviewed by our scheduling team before confirmation.<\/p>

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from 247-365 Restoration Corp.<\/p>

2. Appointment Confirmation<\/h1>

After receiving your booking request, our team may contact you to:<\/p>

  • Confirm your preferred date and time<\/li>
  • Verify service details<\/li>
  • Confirm the property location<\/li>
  • Answer any questions<\/li>
  • Finalize your appointment<\/li><\/ul>

    Appointment availability depends on technician schedules, service demand, travel time, and emergency priorities.<\/p>

    3. Appointment Availability<\/h1>

    While we make every effort to accommodate your requested appointment time, specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.<\/p>

    Alternative appointment options may be offered when necessary.<\/p>

    4. Customer Information<\/h1>

    To process your booking, we may request information including:<\/p>

    • Name<\/li>
    • Phone number<\/li>
    • Email address<\/li>
    • Property address<\/li>
    • Type of service requested<\/li>
    • Additional property details<\/li><\/ul>

      Providing accurate information helps us schedule your appointment efficiently.<\/p>

      5. Property Access<\/h1>

      Customers are responsible for ensuring our technicians can safely access the property at the scheduled appointment time.<\/p>

      If special access instructions are required, please provide them during the booking process.<\/p>

      6. Appointment Changes<\/h1>

      Appointments may be rescheduled by either the customer or 247-365 Restoration Corp. when necessary.<\/p>

      We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers as early as possible regarding any scheduling changes.<\/p>

      7. Emergency Services<\/h1>

      Emergency restoration services are prioritized based on urgency.<\/p>

      During periods of high emergency demand, scheduled appointments may require adjustment.<\/p>

      If changes are necessary, our team will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>

      8. Missed Appointments<\/h1>

      If you are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your visit.<\/p>

      At this time, 247-365 Restoration Corp. does not charge missed appointment fees; however, repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling priority.<\/p>

      9. Service Areas<\/h1>

      Appointments are available only within our designated service areas.<\/p>

      Availability may vary depending on technician coverage and travel requirements.<\/p>
