Equipment Rental Terms<\/h1>

Effective Date:<\/strong> July 6, 2026<\/p>

These Equipment Rental Terms govern all equipment rental requests submitted through 247-365 Online Services<\/strong>, operated by 247-365 Restoration Corp.<\/strong><\/p>

By submitting a rental request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.<\/p>

1. Rental Requests<\/h1>

Submitting an online rental request does not guarantee equipment availability.<\/p>

All rental requests are reviewed by our team before confirmation.<\/p>

A rental is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from 247-365 Restoration Corp.<\/p>

2. Equipment Availability<\/h1>

All equipment rentals are subject to:<\/p>

  • Current inventory<\/li>
  • Scheduling availability<\/li>
  • Existing reservations<\/li>
  • Operational requirements<\/li><\/ul>

    If your requested equipment is unavailable, we may suggest an alternative product or rental period.<\/p>

    3. Rental Period<\/h1>

    The rental period begins on the agreed pickup or delivery date and ends when the equipment is returned or collected by 247-365 Restoration Corp.<\/p>

    Rental extensions may be available depending on equipment availability.<\/p>

    4. Pickup & Delivery<\/h1>

    Depending on the equipment and your location, rentals may be available for:<\/p>

    • Customer pickup<\/li>
    • Delivery<\/li>
    • Scheduled pickup after the rental period<\/li><\/ul>

      Availability of these options will be confirmed during the booking process.<\/p>

      5. Equipment Use<\/h1>

      Customers agree to use rented equipment only for its intended purpose and according to any operating instructions provided.<\/p>

      Equipment should not be modified, repaired, or used in a manner that could create unsafe conditions.<\/p>

      6. Equipment Condition<\/h1>

      Equipment is inspected before each rental.<\/p>

      Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment upon delivery or pickup and report any concerns immediately.<\/p>

      7. Damage or Loss<\/h1>

      Customers are responsible for notifying us promptly if rented equipment is damaged, lost, or experiences operational issues during the rental period.<\/p>

      Additional charges may apply if equipment is intentionally damaged, misused, or not returned.<\/p>

      8. Late Returns<\/h1>

      Please return equipment on the agreed return date or contact us if additional rental time is required.<\/p>

      Rental extensions are subject to equipment availability.<\/p>

      9. Cleaning<\/h1>

      Equipment should be returned in reasonably clean condition.<\/p>

      Additional cleaning charges may apply if equipment requires excessive cleaning before it can be rented again.<\/p>

      10. Identification<\/h1>

      We may request valid identification and additional customer information before approving certain equipment rental requests.<\/p>

      11. Payment<\/h1>

      At this time, online payment is not required when submitting an equipment rental request.<\/p>

      Payment arrangements, if applicable, will be discussed during the confirmation process.<\/p>

      12. Cancellation<\/h1>

      Equipment rental requests may be cancelled before confirmation without penalty.<\/p>

      Please notify us as soon as possible if your rental is no longer required.<\/p>

      13. Changes to These Terms<\/h1>

      247-365 Restoration Corp. may update these Equipment Rental Terms from time to time.<\/p>

      The latest version published on this website will apply to all future rental requests.<\/p>
