About Our Online Services<\/h1><p>247-365 Online Services allows customers to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Request appointments for selected restoration-related services.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Request professional equipment rentals.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Submit booking requests online.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Receive follow-up communication from our team regarding availability, scheduling, pricing, and confirmation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Submitting a booking request does not automatically create a confirmed appointment or rental agreement.<\/p><hr \/><h1>2. Booking Requests<\/h1><p>All online bookings are considered service requests.<\/p><p>A booking becomes confirmed only after it has been reviewed and accepted by a representative of 247-365 Restoration Corp.<\/p><p>We reserve the right to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Confirm or decline requests.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Suggest alternative appointment dates or times.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Request additional information before confirming a booking.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Modify appointment schedules due to weather, emergencies, technician availability, or other operational requirements.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h1>3. Equipment Rental Requests<\/h1><p>Equipment rental availability is subject to inventory levels and operational requirements.<\/p><p>Submitting an online rental request does not guarantee equipment availability.<\/p><p>A rental reservation becomes valid only after confirmation by our team.<\/p><p>Additional rental documentation may be required before equipment is released.<\/p><hr \/><h1>4. Pricing<\/h1><p>Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website are starting prices or estimated service prices.<\/p><p>Final pricing may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Property size<\/p><\/li><li><p>Site conditions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Equipment requirements<\/p><\/li><li><p>Travel distance<\/p><\/li><li><p>Additional labour<\/p><\/li><li><p>Materials required<\/p><\/li><li><p>Scope of work<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>A final quotation may be provided before services begin.<\/p><hr \/><h1>5. Payment<\/h1><p>Unless otherwise specified, submitting a booking request does not require online payment.<\/p><p>Payment arrangements will be discussed during the booking confirmation process.<\/p><p>247-365 Restoration Corp. reserves the right to require deposits or pre-authorizations for selected services or equipment rentals.<\/p><hr \/><h1>6. Customer Responsibilities<\/h1><p>Customers agree to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Provide accurate contact information.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Provide accurate property information.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ensure safe access to the property.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Notify us of any hazards before our arrival.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ensure someone authorized is available during scheduled appointments when required.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h1>7. Service Availability<\/h1><p>Services are offered only within our designated service areas.<\/p><p>Availability may vary depending on technician schedules, equipment availability, weather conditions, emergencies, holidays, and other operational factors.<\/p><hr \/><h1>8. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h1><p>Booking requests may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to our Cancellation Policy.<\/p><p>Additional fees may apply in cases involving late cancellations, missed appointments, or equipment that has already been dispatched.<\/p><p>Please refer to our Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy for complete details.<\/p><hr \/><h1>9. Equipment Responsibility<\/h1><p>Customers renting equipment are responsible for maintaining the equipment in reasonable operating condition during the rental period.<\/p><p>Equipment must be returned according to the agreed rental terms.<\/p><p>Additional charges may apply for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Lost equipment<\/p><\/li><li><p>Damaged equipment<\/p><\/li><li><p>Excessive cleaning<\/p><\/li><li><p>Late returns<\/p><\/li><li><p>Missing accessories<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Additional details are available in our Rental Terms.<\/p><hr \/><h1>10.
