Booking Requests<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1070\">All online bookings submitted through this website are considered <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1069\">service requests only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1182\">Submitting a request does <strong data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1105\">not<\/strong> guarantee an appointment, technician availability, or equipment reservation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1333\">A booking becomes confirmed only after a representative of <strong data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1272\">247-365 Restoration Corp.<\/strong> contacts you and confirms the appointment or rental details.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1338\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"w6r7mm\" data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1364\">2. No Online Payments<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1491\">At this time, <strong data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1440\">247-365 Online Services does not collect online payments<\/strong> for service bookings or equipment rental requests.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1597\">Because no payment is collected during the online booking process, refunds are generally not applicable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1692\">Payment arrangements, if required, will be discussed during the booking confirmation process.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1697\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"j133aj\" data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1733\">3. Equipment Rental Requests<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2459\">Equipment rental requests are subject to equipment availability and confirmation by our team.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2538\">You may request to cancel a rental before the reservation has been finalized.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2695\">If equipment has already been prepared, scheduled for delivery, or reserved specifically for your request, we may contact you to discuss available options.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2700\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"scvke8\" data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2715\">6.
